By accessing and using FastFolio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

FastFolio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service subject to these terms. You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on FastFolio
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of our service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to FastFolio. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

8. Termination

The materials on FastFolio are provided on an 'as is' basis. FastFolio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

10. Limitations

In no event shall FastFolio or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FastFolio, even if FastFolio or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Changes to Terms

FastFolio reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
